Customer Services Executive

Job Description:

  • Assist handling the export air process end to end.
  • Prepare the shipping documents for cargo export
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer and suppliers
  • Input and Manage data related to cargo received from customers into the company system
  • Support to sale indoor
  • Other task assigned by Director and Team Leader


  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Air Freight Forwarder industry and in the same position is preferred.
  • Good at Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Elsa
  • Good communication skills, business mindset, customer orientation, achievement-driven, teamwork spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure & work overtime if needed.
  • Being diligent and detail-oriented and committed to a high standard of quality and effectiveness
